I’ve been passionate about fitness and nutrition for a long time but it didn’t always come naturally to me. Like many, I once thought exercise was only for losing fat. Everything changed when I discovered yoga and trail running. These disciplines taught me the importance of living in the moment, the power of breath, and the necessity of proper nutrition. I like to bring these qualities to all of my training sessions with my wonderful clients.

As a research scientist by training, I take a thorough and evidence-based approach to your journey toward feeling your best. With five years of experience in personal training, I am also a certified kettlebell instructor, indoor cycling instructor, and nutrition coach.
