Yoga21 is a 21 day online course designed to get you moving and stretching your body. It is incredibly easy to access and to follow. You roll out your mat in the comfort of your own home and then when you come to practice you can select from a variety of short yoga sequences to follow. The yoga sequences will energise, soothe or restore your body so you can select the one that suits you best on the day.
What is special about this course?
This course is realistic about the time that you have available to exercise. Here at Freespirit, we understand that you want to do your exercise and then continue with the day asap! To cater for busy schedules and for those of you just starting, the sequences are short but effective 🙂 Yoga21 offers the flexibility for you to do the sessions at a time that suits you but the structure for you to feel and see the benefits after only a few weeks!
