Christmas is amazing for spending time with friends and family and getting in some much needed rest! However, after quite a few christmas movies, quality street (that you didn’t really want to eat) and a mulled wine too many you can start to feel quite lumpy! It is totally harmless to indulge in a week of less activity and more rest (given how much output general life commands from us) but when that period extends longer than a week, it can lead to unwanted pounds to shed at the hardest time of the year.
So, how can you ensure that this period of indulgence doesn’t drag on towards February? Join us for 90 mins of sweating out the booze and chocolate on the 5th January! Afterwards, there will be tea, coffee and a healthy treat so we can all catch up and exchange christmas stories 🙂

Yes it is suitable for all levels 🙂
What do I need to bring?
Yoga Mat (if you have one), water
What do I wear?
Comfy clothes. I would recommend several layers so you can adjust according to how you feel! Make sure your top isn’t loose else it can end up round your head in downward facing dog.
